HOW TO GET STARTED
Call or email our office and let us know how we can help you. If needed, we will schedule you with a free, 20 minute consultation with one of our Founding Psychologists. From there, we will match your needs to the appropriate therapist and get you scheduled for your requested service. We are flexible at Finding Hope Counseling Services, and let you guide the pace that works for you. This means that you can choose to see a therapist one time a week, bi-weekly or one time a month if clinically appropriate. You work with your assigned therapist to come up with a plan that works for your and your lifestyle.

To put it simply, EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that is believed to enable people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. Our Clinicians believe that each person needs to be considered as a “whole,” and in doing so, therapeutic techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
