I use TherapyNotes to communicate with you. You need to create your Client Portal first. By clicking on THERAPYNOTES you are then directed to creating your portal. Once your account is created, you have the ability to log in to your account and communicate with me. I will be sending your paperwork through THERAPYNOTES.
